Packages and closures for packaging

Refill from a canister? It’s impossible without a lotion pump!

It’s said that less means more, so it may be analyzed perversely, and we can come to the conclusion that more means less!
Unit packaging has been blacklisted for some time now. What legislators and consumers keep very close tabs on is not only small cosmetic packaging, but also bulk and dispatch packaging,
PPWR, i.e. the regulation which governs the packaging trade and composition, will explain and standardize a lot in this regard, but, as always, we need to stick to the common sense.

What’s a good practice is to enlarge the packaging of products which are often bought by consumers and whose shelf life is long enough that there’s no fear of expiry before they are emptied.
Such products include both household and professional washing and cleaning detergents. Those chemicals are more and more often offered in canisters from which the consumer should pour some liquid into a smaller, more handy bottle or bucket, if it’s a product, for example, for washing floors.
Offering such a solution to the client, one needs to take care of not only economic aspects, or those reducing the amount of waste, but also of the comfort of use. If pouring the liquid from the canister to the bottle proves problematic, doing it, the consumer will spill part of the product, which may put them off our brand. The client who doesn’t return is always a big loss, in particular, if that doesn’t happen due to disappointment with the detergent’s effectiveness, but because of the experience with the product.
The Polpak Packaging offer includes lotion pumps with a very big dosage – from 3, through 5,8 to as much as 27 ml!
Adding such a lotion pump to the canister with cleaning liquid or concentrate may prove to be a hit. The consumer for whom handling the product has been made easier at each stage will be willing to return to it.
When supplying offices, schools, hospitals, or other public-use establishments with detergents, it's a good idea to add big-dosage lotion pumps to bulk packaging. They are so durable that they will certainly serve not just one canister.
Such a solution tangibly reduces the amount of individual pieces of packaging and ensures more care while the product is being dispensed. Controlling the amount of the detergent is also of great importance if you deal with strong cleaning agents, the use of which in larger amounts can become harmful to people using the cleaned surfaces.
Such  scrupulousness can prove crucial in the case of highly concentrated detergents, which should be diluted in the right proportions with water. Dispensing the right amount of the concentrate can influence the user satisfaction, because, for example, exceeding the ratio of liquid vs. water can lead to formation of a sticky mixture that will leave an unpleasant residue instead of cleaning.

Make using the economical packaging more pleasant for the consumer thanks to our lotion pumps with the dosage from 3, through 5,8 to as much as 27 ml!
